Every Active Member of St. James Volunteers

In 2010, St. James has made a commitment to a year-long project in which every active member of St. James (children, adults and youth) will volunteer for a community non-profit.  In support of this effort, you will find a suggestion of nine area non-profits below in which to volunteer if you do not know where to begin. Once you have volunteered we ask that you put your name on a slip of paper in the pocket for the nonprofit or at the top of the bulletin board  if where you volunteered is not listed on the board. The Mission bulletin board can be found in Fellowship Hall.  Each Sunday during the closing part of worship, those who are going to volunteer that week will be asked to identify yourself so we can pray for you and the upcoming work you will do for our community.
